ATS assembly composition

  • 1 parallel connected vertical stainless steel centrifugal pump mounted on a single base frame
  • AISI 304 stainless steel hydraulic pump housing
  • AISI 304 stainless steel pump impeller
  • SiC/carbon/EPDM mechanical seal
  • control unit with frequency converter located on the electric motor as part of each pump
  • output for displaying instantaneous frequency or pressure 0-10V or 4-20mA
  • pressure tank with membrane / rubber lining
  • stainless steel suction and discharge pipes
  • all-stainless steel manometer filled with glycerin
  • main switchboard - IP65 enclosure
  • lug/wafer - type valve with check valve on the suction
  • lug/wafer - type valve on the discharge side

For ATS PUMPA SBI sizes 5, 10, 15, 20, the corresponding number of pressure vessels is included in the delivery. In these variants, the pressure vessels are installed directly on the ATS discharge pipe.
