Calpeda MXV 100-6503/B 400/690V 18,5kW IE3

Vertical multistage pumps with suction and discharge ports of the same diameter. They are located in the same axis (in-line). Corrosion-resistant sliding bearings are lubricated with pumped liquid. Removal of the mechanical seal without the need to dismantle the engine (applies to MXV 50 and MXV 100 with engines with a power higher than 4 kW). The pump is equipped with an axial bearing and an enabling insert use of any standard engine in IM V1 design. See more

Product description

Construction

Vertical multistage pumps with suction and discharge ports of the same diameter. They are located in the same axis (in-line). Corrosion-resistant sliding bearings are lubricated with pumped liquid. Removal of the mechanical seal without the need to dismantle the engine (applies to MXV 50 and MXV 100 with engines with a power higher than 4 kW). The pump is equipped with an axial bearing and an enabling insert use of any standard engine in IM V1 design.

Use

  • For pumping water
  • For clean, non-explosive liquids without solid, fibrous or abrasive particles (adjustment of sealing materials on request).
  • Universal pump for domestic and industrial use, for pressure stations, fire extinguishing systems, high pressure washers, irrigation, for agriculture and sports equipment.

Operating conditions

  • Liquid temperature: from -15 °C to +110 °C (up to +120 °C for MXV 50).
  • Ambient temperature: up to 40 °C.
  • Maximum permissible pressure in the pump body: 25 bar. (16 bar for pumps with oval flanges).

Engine

  • Standard type: 2-pole asynchronous motor, 50 Hz (n ~ 2900 rpm). Construction IM V1 (EN 60034-7).
  • Motor suitable for operation with a frequency converter.
  • IE3 classification scheme for three-phase motors.
  • Insulation class F. Degree of protection IP 55.
  • Three-phase, nominal voltage: up to 3kW 230/400V
  •                                               from 4 kW 400/690 V.
