DDI is a high-performance package
Developed for use in industrial and water treatment applications, the DDI is a digital dosing pump built for a high performance level. Its advanced EC motor technology keeps your energy costs at a record low and ensures extreme dosing accuracy up to 150 l/h and for media up to 2600 mPa·s. Small, quiet and easy to use, the DDI will take care of the rest once you have set the required dosing rate.
Precise cavitation-free dosing
With its two built-in slow modes (40 % and 60 %), the DDI can dose even high-viscosity media precisely without the risk of cavitation.
Switch mode
The switch-mode power supply ensures that you can use the DDI anywhere in the world.
FlowMonitor
AF and APF versions include the FlowMonitor, which detects dosing errors and shuts the pump down if your back pressure limit is exceeded.
Fail-safe operation
For critical applications, the DDI can be delivered with a fail-safe double diaphragm, which allows the pump to keep dosing even if one diaphragm ruptures.
