Comfortable pumping station with alarm contact for draining wastewater from one room - from toilet, shower, dishwasher and washing machine or condensate from condensing boilers below the backflow level.
The Wilo-DrainLift MINI5 is a practical pumping station that reliably discharges domestic wastewater. Its modern and aesthetic design and small dimensions make it ideal when natural drainage cannot be provided. The pumping station can be individually customised, as you can choose the discharge connection (horizontal or vertical DN 32/40), the different inflows DN 40/50 and side or central toilet connections. There is no need for complicated additional piping for the pressure outlet, so installation is extremely convenient, especially during modernisation and rehabilitation. To reduce the risk of clogging and to ensure high operational reliability, the pumping station includes a wastewater pump with rotating blade.

Design

Wilo-DrainLift MINI5-XS/C

Compact, submersible pump station, ready for connection. The level measurement is carried out via a level sensor. The drain is integrated in the inner casing and equipped with an activated carbon filter. In addition, the pumping station is equipped with a buzzer and a voltage-free alarm contact (max. switching power: 42 V=, 500 mA, contact type: NC contact). An acoustic alarm is activated by the buzzer when the tank level is high. A fault alarm can be further connected via this potential-free contact. The tank lid completely closes the device.Up to four connections are available:

• 1 × 40 mm (DN 40) inlet, without non-return valve, upwards, factory closed.
• 2× 40/50 mm (DN 40/50) inlet, with non-return valve, horizontally upwards to the left and right, factory open.
• 1× discharge connection 32/40 mm (DN 32/40), with non-return valve, upwards, factory open.

- If required, the discharge connection can be made horizontally to the right. The corresponding opening is closed at the factory.

Wilo-DrainLift MINI5-XS/WC

Compact, fully floodable pumping station with submersible pump, ready for connection. The submersible pump is equipped with a rotating impeller. The blade is guaranteed to dilute faecal matter in the wastewater. The level is measured by means of a level sensor. The venting is integrated in the inner housing and equipped with an activated carbon filter. In addition, the pumping station is equipped with a buzzer and a voltage-free alarm contact (max. switching power: 42 V=, 500 mA, contact type: NC contact). An acoustic alarm is activated by the buzzer when the tank level is high. A fault alarm can be further connected via this potential-free contact. The tank lid completely closes the device.
